The Hawks GOLD 11U - Piesko team won the USSSA Fall League championship the weekend of 10/8/2016.

Game #1 of the league play-offs ended in a 8 - 6 win for the HG11-Piesko team.  Ty Trahey started the game and collected the win as Luke Whitney and Caleb Bonemer both homered in the game.  It was Caleb's day pitching the final 3 innings of the game, boasting 3 hits, 3 RBI's and a homer.  Gavin Nash collected 2 hits.

Game #2 Baeden Chiles started "The Championship Game" from the mound and went 4 innings and collected the win against the East Macomb Muskies Elite by a score of 10-3.  JR Morrow closed the game for the final 2 innings recording the save.  The game featured another 2 home runs.  One from Carson Raether and the other from JR Morrrow.  

This was the 2nd championship title of the season.  The team is on a 12 game winning streak heading into next weekend's USSSA Fall Brawl tournament.  The team made 3 errors in the field that resulted in 1 run.  The team is looking quite polished for the fall season.
